  • Features incredibly fast and smooth movements utilizing professional motion-cueing profiles.

  • Electromagnetic motor shaft brakes ensure zero movement of the platform when the system is switched off.

  • Designed for immediate use with little to no technical support required for assembly, getting you on the track with complete motion in less than an hour.

  • Equipped with active and passive cooling methods, plus adaptive fan speed control, to prevent overheating during intense endurance sessions.

Mounting and Compatibility

  • Direct Bolt-On Integration: Ships with steel side panels designed to easily bolt onto Next Level Racing cockpits and Flight Simulators.

U.S. Shipping Only
We currently serve customers within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Any order placed from outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Damages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any damage is visible before signing for the item, make note of it with the carrier or refuse delivery. If damage is discovered after delivery, please follow these steps:

  3. Do not discard original packaging or accessories.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (unless it was damaged in transit), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When you receive your return authorization number, you will be given a return address based on the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & Labels

Per our policy, return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

In the case of a change of mind return, the customer pays for return shipping. Upon initiating the return process, we will send you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the case of a defective product return, we provide a prepaid label. New Reality Racing will be responsible for the return costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
