Shipping is free on all orders within the mainland United States (Lower 48).
Order Processing & Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received.
Your payment is processed securely at the time of purchase. Once we receive your order, we verify stock availability and vendor status to prevent fraud or delays. Orders placed by 5:00 PM CST typically begin processing the same day. Orders received after this cutoff will begin processing the following business day.
Shipment Timeline
Once processing is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Carriers and Delivery
We partner with trusted U.S. carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers for oversized equipment. For high-value or oversized items, a signature may be required upon delivery. Carrier selection is based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.
U.S. Shipping Only
We currently serve customers within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Any order placed from outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Damages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any damage is visible before signing for the item, make note of it with the carrier or refuse delivery. If damage is discovered after delivery, please follow these steps:

Take photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours.

Do not discard original packaging or accessories.
Damage resulting from improper setup, misuse, or post-delivery handling may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
