Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (unless it was damaged in transit), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs & Labels

Per our policy, return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

In the case of a change of mind return, the customer pays for return shipping. Upon initiating the return process, we will send you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the case of a defective product return, we provide a prepaid label. New Reality Racing will be responsible for the return costs.

Yes, that's a real second purchase and a real installation step, so plan it into your build. The good news is the conversion is genuinely simple: the wheel plate is a mounting surface, not a structural brace, so it unbolts from the two front posts without costing you any rigidity, and the adaptor installs into the same T-slot channels following Next Level Racing's own documented procedure. It's fully reversible if you ever change wheelbases.

A 126-pound cockpit sounds like a weekend project. It isn't. Every connection hole is pre-machined, so the profile bolts directly together. None of the fiddly industrial corner brackets that make other extrusion rigs a two-person alignment puzzle. The included Next Level Racing toolkit (with a spirit level) covers everything; no power tools, nothing extra to buy. Each component arrives individually seated in molded foam, double-boxed.

First build, going carefully with the video: under an hour. If you've assembled extrusion rigs before, closer to thirty minutes. Then the height-adjustable shock-absorbing feet level it out on an uneven floor, and you're driving.

The F-GT Elite 160 is compatible with the Next Level Racing Motion Platform V3 and up to two Motion Plus Platforms; the point where the rig stops just holding still and starts moving with the car. Carriers and Delivery
We partner with trusted U.S. carriers including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers for oversized equipment. For high-value or oversized items, a signature may be required upon delivery. Carrier selection is based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

U.S. Shipping Only
We currently serve customers within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Any order placed from outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Damages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If any damage is visible before signing for the item, make note of it with the carrier or refuse delivery. If damage is discovered after delivery, please follow these steps:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours.

  2. Email support@newrealityracing.com with your order number.

  3. Do not discard original packaging or accessories.
    Damage resulting from improper setup, misuse, or post-delivery handling may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused (unless it was damaged in transit), with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When you receive your return authorization number, you will be given a return address based on the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & Labels

Per our policy, return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.

Standard Returns (Change of Mind)

In the case of a change of mind return, the customer pays for return shipping. Upon initiating the return process, we will send you a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Defective or Damaged Items

In the case of a defective product return, we provide a prepaid label. New Reality Racing will be responsible for the return costs.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days.
