Create the Best 2-DOF Consumer Motion Experience with the Motion Platform V3

Who is the Motion V3 for?

  • Sim racers with limited space. EX: office or bedroom set-ups
  • People who don’t want their pedals and wheels to move around during haptics
  • No technical or engineering skills needed for assembly
  • Individuals who are looking for their first true 2-DOF motion experience

Before you buy this product, you probably have a rig with pedals, a steering wheel, and maybe even a wheelbase. But what your rig doesn’t have yet are G-forces on the body. When you mount your seat on a Next Level Racing Motion V3, you unlock exponentially more immersion and feeling in your turns, braking, accelerating, and road texture.

Choosing a “Seat-mover” like the Next Level Motion Platform V3 has 3 main benefits:

Your pedals, steering wheel, and screens remain stationary, so you can race at a desk or table if you don’t have a full rig

Only 1 NLR Motion V3 is required to achieve pitch and roll mechanics on a racing seat which is perfect for keeping it simple

Shhhhhhh! Do you hear that? We should mention the Motion Platform V3 is the quietest 2-DOF motion platform because of its internal acoustic panels.

view of the entire front of the next level racing motion platform v3 with springs and power button visible on black background

It takes Less Than 60 Minutes to Set Up your Next Level Racing Motion Platform upon Delivery

You do not need fabrication skills, an engineering background, or a second person to figure this out with you.

The V3 ships with steel side panels that bolt directly onto Next Level Racing® GTultimate v2, GTtrack, and Flight Simulator cockpits. No drilling, no guesswork, no adapter hunting. If you're running a rig from another brand or something you welded up yourself, the mounting system was designed to be adapted and plenty of owners have done exactly that with their own cockpits.

From box to first lap or first taxi, most users are running in under an hour. Two cables, a software install, and you're moving.

Specifications worth knowing before it lands: the boxed unit is 62 lbs (28 kg) at 21 x 19 x 10 inches, the platform itself is 55 lbs (25 kg), it runs on standard 110–240VAC 50–60Hz at 350W maximum draw, and it supports users up to 130 kg. Part number NLR-M001V3.

Join Thousands of Active Users Globally who use their Next Level Motion Platform V3

Buying motion shouldn't mean troubleshooting alone.

Thousands of Next Level Racing® owners are active worldwide, and the official Discord community is where they trade settings profiles, title-specific tuning, and mounting solutions for cockpits the manual never anticipated. Whatever you're running, someone in there has already dialled it in.

Behind the community sits a dedicated Motion Customer Support Team, specialists who have supported these platforms for years and know both the hardware and the simulation side, available before and after purchase.

The V3 is also trusted well outside the home. Elite eSports competitors and professional race drivers use it for vehicle feedback in driver training. So do universities, military defence forces, training institutions, and commercial VR simulation centres. Next Level Racing® is a supplier to NASA® for both the Motion Platform V3 and the Traction Plus platform.

It's covered by a 2-year consumer warranty, with 1-year commercial coverage for operators running it as a business asset.

Enjoy Click-and-Play Compatibility with the Next Level Racing Motion V3 Software

The V3 runs on Platform Manager Software, built specifically for Next Level Racing® hardware rather than borrowed third-party middleware, which is why the motion tracks what's actually happening in the sim instead of approximating it.

Because Next Level Racing® works directly with major developers, telemetry integration is native and titles are click-and-play. That covers the racing catalogue you'd expect: iRacing, Assetto Corsa and Competizione, Automobilista 2, rFactor 2, Project CARS, the DiRT Rally line, BeamNG.drive, RaceRoom, Richard Burns Rally, and the full flight side: DCS World, X-Plane 10 and 11, Microsoft Flight Simulator X, Prepar3D, Falcon 4.0 and BMS, the IL-2 Sturmovik series, Condor 2, Aerofly FS2, and War Thunder. Simulation and training environments including VBS3 and Matlab/Simulink are supported as well. The Motion Support Team ships regular updates, so new releases come online as they launch.

The interface is deliberately simple. Motion intensity, bump response, roll, and pitch are all adjustable with a click.

For VR users, Platform Manager includes VR Headway, which calculates the compensation needed between platform movement and headset tracking and applies it at runtime. Combined with any VR headset on the market, that's what keeps the cockpit locked in place while the world moves around you.

Developers building their own VR applications can license the SDK separately for third-party integration and custom motion projects.
